What’s included?
60 minute 1 on 1 training session (weights, soccer or speed & agility)
Location: Tyler Dahl’s gym (Cypress, TX) or your home gym (Houston area)
Instruction and Guidance: Feedback on current training regiment and recommendations for the best success
Nutrition Guidance: Tips and recommendations on current diet
