Private Training Session

What’s included?

60 minute 1 on 1 training session (weights, soccer or speed & agility)

Location: Tyler Dahl’s gym (Cypress, TX) or your home gym (Houston area)

Instruction and Guidance: Feedback on current training regiment and recommendations for the best success

Nutrition Guidance: Tips and recommendations on current diet

Online Coaching

What’s included?

  • Personalized Workouts: Based upon your desired number of training days: 3,4,5 or 6

  • 24/7 Question & Answers: Via Text

  • Email Check In: Biweekly check in via Google Form

  • Call/Facetime/Zoom Check in: Biweekly

  • Nutrition Guidance and Tips: Personalized meal plan and tips for current diet

  • Accountability: Random check ins to stay on track through week
